1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the relationship between DewaLive (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any product or service offered on the DewaLive platform located at dewalive.cam.

DewaLive operates an online gaming platform offering live casino games, sports betting, slot games, and related promotional services, primarily serving players in Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asian region.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and DewaLive.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on DewaLive, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. DewaLive enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds or winnings held will be subject to review and may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of DewaLive is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a current employee of DewaLive or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by DewaLive or by any external responsible gambling registry to which DewaLive is subscribed.
• You must register under your own true and accurate personal details. The use of false identities, aliases, or third-party personal information is strictly prohibited.

4Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on DewaLive. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through associated third parties — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts may be merged, suspended, or permanently closed at our discretion, and any balances held therein may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. DewaLive will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account, you must notify DewaLive immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or email at [email protected].

You must ensure that all personal information provided at registration and during any subsequent KYC process is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

5Deposits & Payment Methods

DewaLive accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. DewaLive does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the source account and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimums are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• DewaLive does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited instantly. FPX and bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation, typically 15–60 minutes.
• DewaLive reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit, including but not limited to bank statements or e-wallet transaction histories, as part of anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed KYC will be prompted to do so before their first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement under normal account activity.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. Exceptions may be made at DewaLive's discretion with appropriate verification.

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong are typically processed within the same business day.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain processing times of approximately 15–60 minutes.
• DewaLive reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account tier, verification status, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if the Account is under review for suspected fraud, unfulfilled wagering requirements, or outstanding KYC documentation.

7Bonuses & Promotions

DewaLive offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, and to the following general bonus policy:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated at the point of bonus activation. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet round is generally MYR 250–MYR 500 (as specified in the individual offer terms). Placing bets in excess of this cap while using bonus funds may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by offer. Specific rates are stated in each bonus's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a defined validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome bonus may be active per Account at any time. Players may not stack or combine multiple welcome bonuses unless expressly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: DewaLive reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, pattern betting designed to exploit bonus terms, or any form of arbitrage wagering while a bonus is active.

DewaLive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Ongoing promotions will not be retroactively amended without prior notification to affected players.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on DewaLive are subject to the specific game rules published within each product. In the event of a discrepancy between general Platform rules and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number is issued by the system. DewaLive is not liable for incomplete bets resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• In the event of a technical error, interrupted game round, or system malfunction that prevents the proper completion of a game, DewaLive reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
• DewaLive reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions resulting from a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market configurations, or data feed errors. Void bets will have the stake returned to the Player's Account.
• For sports betting: pre-match bets are final once the relevant match or event has commenced. In-play bets are subject to the in-play rules stated within the sportsbook, including settlement rules for matches involving extra time, penalty shootouts, or abandonment.
• Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other football competitions are settled based on the result at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus referee added time) unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the DewaLive platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods for deposits.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploits will be voided.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, collusion, or any coordinated play designed to circumvent the Platform's risk controls.
• Using automated bots, scripting software, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with games without human input.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any unlawful financial activity. DewaLive cooperates with relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
• Attempting to abuse promotional terms, including matched betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the DewaLive platform — including but not limited to its design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of DewaLive or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from DewaLive.

11Limitation of Liability

DewaLive provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DewaLive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its services.

DewaLive shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special — arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Any reliance placed by a Player on information published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits DewaLive's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Account Suspension & Closure

DewaLive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is flagged for suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• A Player has self-excluded and attempts to register a new account.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• The Player requests voluntary account closure.

Upon permanent account closure initiated by DewaLive due to Terms breach, any outstanding real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated voluntarily by the Player with no outstanding compliance issues, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method following standard processing times.

13Responsible Gambling

DewaLive is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player wellbeing. The Platform provides a suite of tools available to all registered Players, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Players aged 21 and above are the only individuals permitted to use the Platform. If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of our self-exclusion tools or contact our support team immediately.

14Amendments to These Terms

DewaLive reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and DewaLive in connection with these Terms or any services provided through the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Complaints may be submitted to our customer support team at any time via live chat or email. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, either party may seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available under relevant law.
